There are only a few co-workers that are actually enjoyable to work with. Other than that, there is NOTHING GOOD!

GREAT MANAGERS and GREAT DIRECTORS have walked out because of the way they run this company by not giving resources needed to make NUTRA successful!!! Your pay raise is almost non-existent. Managers have turned into a micro-manager over time, and with no reason. Tasks get accomplished and DO NOT NEED them standing guard, and emailing every single day to see “have you finished that yet?”. We ALL KNOW who their favorites are because there are no consequences for any wrong doing such as excessive breaks, call outs, late arrivals, leave early, and slacking. You are tasked with jobs that are not in your title just because your JOB DESCRIPTION was changed to read AND WHATEVER ELSE YOU NEED TO DO. This to me is not acceptable! I really used to LOVE coming to work here, nowadays, I HATE IT!!! I latterly HATE THIS PLACE!!! They will not hire the amount of staff that is need to cover an area and just pile the work on already over worked employees! Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another job!
