Excellent work environment, with good opportunities to grow within the organization In my case I was always given the tools to carry out my duties effectively

Hierarchy matters more than reason sometimes in decision-making. The management gets too much involved in personal business.

None that I can think of

Worst company to work for. Wages are meant to be paid on the last working day of the month but you’re usually waiting until the following month for them to appear. Constantly being told the company may fold any day. Expected to know the product but dismissed after the first week if you’re not producing with little to no training.
