1. Executive leadership is nice to communicate and they lead the projects well as some of them have been around from almost a decade.
2. The middle managers especially in Seattle, generally do not know much about the product and they just try to get the work done without putting themselves into employee's shoes. Some of them never show up in the offices as they are fully remote.
3. It has been difficult to collaborate with Product Security team led by Eugene, they have the least engagement score from last 2 years. They do have lots of favoritism as to how the work needs to be done and have lack of decision making.
4. There has been lots of attrition rate within Product Security and Cloud Support orgs due to the Sunset of Xi Leap and other key products.
5. There hasn't been any newer policies to transfer resources in other product teams or a formal process of transferring folks to other teams. Some teams consider this as a retaliation kind of a behavior.
