Pros

By far the best product. Kudos to the former leadership who built this company.

Cons

The current leadership, across APJ and globally, is a mockery. Unfortunately, some C-levels still act, speak, and execute like rookies. They are nicely riding the wave of great products built by former leadership. Here is the consensus:- Join this company for decent compensation and benefits. However, ignore the culture, toxicity, and fakeness. Do your job and be ready; you never know what may happen. Be well-connected (even if you have to fake it) with your managers. You have to sell up here. So much noise was made after the VMware acquisition (e.g., VMWhere), only to realize that Nutanix became a Joke. Advise to all newbies: Enjoy the ride, just like the current management is doing it, based on the efforts of the visionary leaders who built this product.

Pros

Flexible, Sincere and Fast paste

Cons

Onboarding new employees is mediocre as these employees are expected to be experts on non-Nutanix tools like SFDC, Tableau, Slack, and other sales tools. Fast-paste for new sale opportunities. Knowledge and key actionable solution are not readily available and shred. (Some solutions are buried in users personal file, so sometimes you will be dealing with issues that was solved a year ago but only one person is prevy to that knowledge.
