      Driven and open work culture where you can have a true impact in the organisation around you. Lot's of 'Do It Yourself Mentality' driving innovation. California training week at HQ to make you a proud Nutant. Quality People!

      Cons

      Very fast paced and highly driven environment. Not a start up, not a corporate that needs to fit with you.

      Flexible, Sincere and Fast paste

      Cons

      Onboarding new employees is mediocre as these employees are expected to be experts on non-Nutanix tools like SFDC, Tableau, Slack, and other sales tools. Fast-paste for new sale opportunities. Knowledge and key actionable solution are not readily available and shred. (Some solutions are buried in users personal file, so sometimes you will be dealing with issues that was solved a year ago but only one person is prevy to that knowledge.

      1. Free Snacks at office. 2. Friendly people around.

      Cons

      1. Some of the managers are very weak technically but they have so much power. 2. Very unheard for the amount of work being done in the company.
