Pros
People are easy to talk to and they will really accommodate you when you need something. Collaboration is very prevalent. If you want to learn, people are willing to teach you. This is a great place to grow and learn.
Cons
Unequal distribution of responsibility. Some people get praised for just being there but do not really contribute positively. Management sometimes feels like they do not listen to feedback, and even if they do, they don't do anything about it.
