Great people to work with, everyone has an amazing attitude across all departments. Great opportunity for training and professional development. This is a good place to work if you value happiness over compensation and benefits.
Cons
Benefits and compensation are years behind: - PTO is a nightmare to earn, usually falls to luck of the draw. Lower level employees only have 12-16 days off during the entire year, which is bad considering competitors offer 20-31 days off every year + 1-2 additional days every month. - There's no 401K match, which is very disappointing. - Compensation is average
