Pros
PTO is decent but the work doesn't stop coming at you when you do use it.
Cons
1. Insane workload with outrages expectations. 2. Dishonest sales tactics are used on certain clients so prepare to get an earful when they call in. 3. Quality is a joke! You can screw up a clients network leaving them totally unprotected for years with no consequence, if you use the wrong internal template or misspell something on an internal ticket note you're gonna pay for it.
