Not much training on the new technology. Don't pay for vacation when you leave because they say they don't offer vacation even though the employee handbook mentions it numerous times. Didn't feel valued as an employee. Exec management isn't transparent so you don't know what to expect. Benefits are expensive. No 401K match. Taking vacation time can be challenging.
