      Maybe the city (Miami) although the work life balance doesn't really allow you to take advantage of it.

      Cons

      The company is a scam. You don't realise it at first but after spending time in it you can't possibly agree with the overall method if you have integrity.

      Pros

      - no micromanagement - company trips (if the company has the money for it) - flexible work hours

      Cons

      - They give their employees no notice when they let you go, One day you work there, 5 min later you are out of all their systems and you can't even say goodbye to most of your collegues unless you go find them on social media. This is happened a few times. - the majority of their former employees leave disgrunted and most of the people working there are looking for other jobs.
