I joined the company looking for new learning opportunities, whereas I end up debugging code as engineers do not tend to stay with this company.

CEO does not have any insight into what the engineering team is and how it works. In the past year, there has been 3 CTOs and all the core engineering team has left due to CEO's behavior.
