Pros
They used to have policies that encouraged and supported staff, but almost all of those policies were gone by the time I left.
Cons
The owners are racist, homophobic, and misogynistic. They said things like "we should try to hire a woman so we can pay her less" daily. Claimed to want to be a progressive company, like Apple or Medium, but they constantly degraded and humiliated employees, never provided clear expectations, and did everything they could to ensure they'll never retain staff.
