      - people you work along with are nice

      Cons

      - terrible management - do not care about staff’s physical or mental health - constant increase of workload with no increase of salary - constant changes that make the running of the place worse - bad patient care - no career progression

      Flexibility to work and a kind team of people

      Cons

      No value placed on staff , staff are treated like they are dispensable, recently huge cuts to employee benefits and no access to online journal articles or regard for evidence based practice
