Lovely people to work with interdepartmentally and across grades. I loved working here but see below.
Cons
Clinical management poor.Nursing HODS have become aloof and allowed to do so by Senior management. Some very experienced nurses I worked with were unsupported and overlooked by manager, who displayed genuine favouritism for some Senior Nurses. Bullying poorly dealt with and often overlooked if it suited.
