      Pros

      Lovely to help people in their time of need. Free coffee and some really lovely staff. Free medical insurance, free gym use.

      Cons

      Bullying goes unnoticed, passing the buck is a common trend. Some people work super hard and others fall short. Managers are good at their job ie nursing but not at leading, turning a blind eye as to what is really happening in their department.

      Flexibility to work and a kind team of people

      Cons

      No value placed on staff , staff are treated like they are dispensable, recently huge cuts to employee benefits and no access to online journal articles or regard for evidence based practice
