Taking Advantage of People - Clinical Research Coordinator Nucleus Network Employee Review

Poor pay and poor management - staff are basically taken for a ride as the pay and workload here is not industry standard. Study participants do not come first as proven by high turnover of staff who are under qualified to be completing clinical assessments. Quality of trials is poor due to constant push to increase numbers without sufficient workflow and resources. I was genuinely embarrassed to say I work here and have been 100x happier since leaving.
