This place doesn't take hard work and going above and beyond into consideration for career development. It doesn't matter how hard you work, it always goes unnoticed and those who are less worthy of being promoted get ahead because they're favouritism. Nepotism and knowing who you know really come into play when it comes to bring promoted in this place. It doesn't matter if you have way more experience than other people, it doesn't matter if you put in extra work to get ahead it's never good enough. The pay is awful for the amount of work we do. Avoid this place like the plague
