Learned a lot in my first internship

No real cons for the role

Personally, the management ( all 2 people) are good people at heart. The owner can sell glasses to a blind man.

Talk to past employees (plenty of them) and other small managed service providers around the area. Get a feel of the reputation in the SP market. You will quickly learn the flowing. Owner and CO have been in business since '99, but not in managed services. Owner outsourced programmers in different counties to develop crap solutions for customers. When business went bad he flipped the company to managed services. Nucentric has a very small client base to which they completely rip off. I personally couldn't watch it happen anymore. Poor management all around even though its only two people. Lots of past employees and no retention rate associated. Not an honest bonus structure. The bonus was never paid. Low ball salary Can't trust any of the two management folks in business.
