All come with strings attached to things you don't control. That's not a bonus plan - it's a fake news plan. - Waay too top heavy. - Definitely a culture that rewards outlandish promises not results, then wonders why the stock price is stuck in the $10-20 range for years. - Terrible investment for share holders. Dead money. - Unless you are desperate for a paycheck, move on.
