- Some departments use closed-source technologies that are a detriment to anyones career and are abysmal to work with - Quality of hired developers is underwhelming at times - Company culture is questionable, lots of complainers and people who are exciting when the weekend starts -German Acquisition creates culture clashes with north american divisions
