The relaxed atmosphere decreases productivity, But it is a well-worth sacrifice because it supports the people mentally and emotionally.

I have been working with NuWave for the past two years and it is the absolute best place I have ever worked. I support the CEO, Chad and he is the best! He is so transparent, kind and knowledgeable. He empowers me and all his employees to be the best that they can be and forgives when mistakes are made. He is human. He treats all his employees with respect and he is fair.
