Company cares about their employees and does a good job of providing training as well as access to managment.

We get stretched at times with call volume but overall great work life balance.

Easy place to work. The company environment is relatively stress free and everyone gets along. Good vision with constant review of processes for continual improvement. All employees seem to have the same desire to do well for the team, not just punch the clock. Management is great here. You do not have bosses. You have leaders.

Management stays so busy that sometimes it takes a minute to get attention when needed. Could probably use more Regional Managers.
