Pros
No consequences for excessive absences, tardiness, and extended lunch hours.
Cons
Management is two faced, will praise you one day and scold you the next. There are no warnings, if they don't like you, for personal reasons especially, you're out. Company is sexist, favors women to the point where they have women only meetings that last hours and are not business related. Very cliquey Organization and operations are non existent, there is no organizational chart so you're on your own to find out who does what and where they stand in the company. There are no performance reviews or feedback so you have to judge yourself. They will punish the hardest workers, 8 hour shifts are expected. It was not uncommon for me to work10-12 hour shifts on your own time, everyone is salaried, which go overlooked and unappreciated. Health benefits aren't affordable. 401k was promised after 90 days but never offered as a benefit. Customers are constantly disconnecting and complaining of issues. Most of the customers are running off of 10 year old equipment on it's last leg. Just a trainwreck waiting to happen. Not worth my time to write this, but I just want to warn others out there, stay away.
