Great culture but unclear expectations at times - Operations Analyst Noyo Employee Review

Noyo was by far my favorite place I ever worked. My schedule was flexible, I had unlimited paid time off, 100% company paid benefits, and an incredible manager with great teammates. Work life balance was exceptional.

- What was expected of me wasn't clearly outlined for me - I got laid off right before the holidays out of nowhere (along with several other employees) :(

Very high salaries, remote workplace.

Leadership team is super green but seems to be in denial of that fact. Employees are not treated like human beings and are expected to be emotionless robots. Office politics and the egos of the people in charge get in the way of everything. Lots of sus/quiet firing going on. There is way more finger-pointing/blame-placing rather than mature problem-solving. Everyone, even the people in charge, just seems miserable.
