Pros
The only real positive here is the people. There are some incredibly smart, kind, and hardworking employees who try to make the best of an unstable situation. Most of the good work that happens is because of the employees, not because of leadership.
Cons
Leadership is completely lost. There’s no real direction, no accountability, and no consistency in decision-making. The company lurches from one bad decision to another, wasting money and talent in the process. Layoffs happen so often that no one ever feels safe, yet somehow the same ineffective managers and out-of-touch executives stay in place. The “unlimited PTO” policy is a joke - you’ll feel guilty for even thinking about taking time off. Morale is low, communication is terrible, and the overall culture has become one of fear and exhaustion.
