•Awesome fun at work. •Good Resources to Employees(But Slowly decreasing as the company is not making any profits to spend on employees) • Salaries were on time(But from last few months they are not) •Amazing colleagues (You feel like you are working with your best friend) •No politics •Informal Organisation (No rules for your living style, In a simple point you can wear pyjamas to office only If you are going to sit In-house) • Moreover, Managers, you will find Leaders, slowly even leaders are going out of the company because of founders (who actually don't give a chance for your Ideas, They want you to do what they think is right but they are always wrong)

•Looking for Stability? Please don't join. •Are you into development? Yeah, late hours are must and should.I see people sleeping in office for more than 2 days. •Going to join sales team? Be ready to lose your contacts for selling a worthless product. •Willing to earn?Don't join(You will find good policies but never paid out(Incentives, Device Allowance etc) •A lot of attrition rate (Ex- If 1 person is joining in a day 10 persons will leave) Putting this all aside Nowfloats has a product which is worthless and will not even help any SMB. Nowfloats is creating a digital presence to SMBs by making a website along with Automated SEO. •But SMBs can't update content regularly because they don't know what to write and they are not that educated to form a content and this Inturn will not give them any ROI.( So Renews at NowFloats are not even 10% this is taking the company down day by day and this is the reason they are going bad in there policies and payments as I mentioned above) •If SMBs are educated and know something about Development absolutely they will not like website designs and the way it works on search parameters because Nowfloats has that great worst concept of SEO) •Customers say NowFloats Has very bad customer support but I feel what customer support team can do when the product itself is worst Apart from listening warnings from customers. •Even enterprise clients left Nowfloats because they have an Amazing worst product. NowFloats has something around 550 sales guys and sells to 1000 customers a month so this averagely shows that 1 sales guy Is selling to 2 customers a month and bringing something around 50k. (Paid customers till date are not more than 15k)Now think how well it's going. So the average revenue that comes in is 3crores and the expenditure is about 5crores because it has more than 60 branches earlier but now even this came to 30 as they want to show some profits to Investors for funding. Yeah frankly speaking don't you think after reading all the above lines still sales guys are approaching SMBs and selling.Yeah we have super sales team. P.S- Now It's up to you.
