      Pros

      Been with Now education for 7 years now and got a great relationship with them. One of best teaching agencies out there. Good rates of pay. But would recommend.

      Cons

      Not as competitive with pay and no benefits, does feel favourites are played when stand up for you want to do and don’t want to do.

      sometimes in no in the year group they have specified . Only found out when arrrived at the school
