Pros

The money was super easy. Weekends off.

Cons

Getting in contact with upper management is difficult. All contact seems to stop at local supervisor. I've had a few questions that my supervisor wouldn't answer. I tried to go higher with my inquiries but never received any answers. Wear & tear on your vehicle. Long distances driving. Independent contracting work. If you get hurt on the job, don't expect to come back to work after being cleared.

Pros

Great company to get a lot of varied experience in.

Cons

It is a growing company. There will always be ups and down in a start-up environment.

Pros

This company is bought out by Priority Experts in Minnesota. The only pro is the guidance of their network and resources. The less the leadership team is in control in their Indiana locations, the better.

Cons

-Unprofessional & Emotional Leadership -Be careful of working here, especially in IT. It does not have any foundation and support. -Their service is subpar and 73% of their orders are late. -They have bad communication internally, no change management, and terminate employees at will without explanation. -In December of 2025 they had terminated 3 leadership team members and had further driver employees follow suit. -No employee value, just drive you until you leave or have a conflict with management. -Deadlines were "Yesterday" and 3 days was not enough for them to be satisfied with work.
