Good Job Security, Paid on time every week without fail with a good hourly rate higher than scottish decorating federation rates , Helth and Safty at the most importance, willing to grow people within the business, willing to train people by putting people through apprentaceships and university and paid throughout there learning years, rewards and bonuses for hard work. If you work hard for them they will kerp you in work for you. and also give you an extra days Holiday every year by given you 22 days holiday and your 8 bank holidays more than most companies. So really good company in my opinion
Cons
There isint really cons but i will say this if you dont want to work as hard as you possibly can you wont last long. As I said in the pros if you do exactly what it says in your contract they will do what it says and more everything is black and white with the company.
