Many locations across the US to move to.
Cons
It is a Private Equity company, so trying to expand is there number 1 goal. I don't feel like they are investing in growing the companies for long term.

Horrible management , too many hands in the pot trying to control things . Management leans in the good workers and lets the lazy workers get away with anything. We work 6 days a week and a lot of us are on 12 hour shifts . 1 day off is not enough .
