      Completely remote work with flexible schedule. Good benefits. Health insurance is pretty good and premiums are reasonable.

      Cons

      Very stressful at certain times of the year. Workload can sometimes be overwhelming especially when your team members don't pull their weight.

      You make your own schedule pretty much. Continued education. Flexibility. Great benefits. Great leadership. Great mentorship.

      Cons

      The pay isn't as much as I would like but being remote does help with expenses.
