      Pros

      Managers care about the business and employees - it is definitely family-like. The company announced a large growth plan that is exciting to be a part of. The benefits are nice and fairly standard among employers. They also do fun things like bringing in ice cream trucks and cookouts.

      Cons

      The hired cleaning company could be better.

      The people make the job ... whole squad pointed in the same direction. Positive vibes and good times. Growth opportunities are plentiful here. You are exposed to all aspects of the business and given visibility into ways you can grow with the company.

      It was good when fundator: Ric Novia is there(before it sold by Carpenter and Peterson)

      Worst company descriminate minorities, poor management,harass and trait people unfairly.
