      * Talented, intelligent, and supportive peers * Great pay for those who do not identify as a person of color * Learning insightful information regarding sustainability in the beauty/personal space * Good benefits

      * Constant turnover * Toxic CEO and leadership * No actual results from leadership * Constant gaslighting from the CEO and leadership * CEO with zero emotional intelligence/awareness and a lack of accountability * CEO and leaders who promote a bullying culture * CEO and leaders who enjoy pitting employees against one another * Not recommend to anyone who identifies as a person of color * Pay is not the same for minorities

      I get to work on an impactful mission The people who work there Positive team culture from the top down

      Cons

      Depending on your personality, earlier-stage companies can require more flexibility and the wearing of multiple hats. I enjoy it so this is a nice fit for me.
