Pros
Besides from all the perks almost every company from the same level offers (car, free lunch, gym membership, phone, laptop,...), I must say that probably the best thing is the blend of talent here. Although the average age is quite young, there are people here who have 10+ years of being experts in their field. I’ve had some of the most insightful conversations with these people, and not a day has gone by, that I haven’t learned to be better at what I do. You get to work for some of the most interesting international clients out there in a wide variety of industries (telco, retail, insurance, media, finance, non-profit). You get a new group of very close friends, you also get to go to work with. Get togethers after hours, or on weekends happen all the time. You get personal/psychological/career advice and support from an external company. This helped me a lot in my personal life as well. The upper management (C-level, Directors and Leads) are very approachable. If you want something off your chest, you just go and talk to them. Nothing is off-limits.
Cons
- Commuting by train is a bit harder (easy by car though) - There are no givens. If you want to move on up, you have to show what you got. Don’t wait for someone to grant you anything you haven’t earned. - New employees that have a hard time engaging in social activities and see the company as a 9-to-5 space to work, will take a bit longer to fit in.
