      Pros

      Paychecks were provided regularly and the benefits package was not that bad (unless you insured your family, too). They are fairly flexible with scheduling, if they like you.

      Cons

      New management took over in 2006 and has basically run the company into the ground. Old employees are expected to work 60-80 hours/week, but the new employees are hard to find after noon on any given Friday.

      The company was acquired in 2006. New product lines were added. The business is now 2x what it was in 2006 and certainly we don't know of any current employees that long for the return of old management. The company is now the number one producer of dryers for plastics in the USA.

      I have to type five words minimum to see what others think of the place I work at.
