Above all Novastone is an organisation full of people who care. There is genuine care and concern for employee well being and support to grow and develop professionally. Employees care about customers, the product and the project - we are building something to be proud of and not just shoveling stuff out the door. I've never worked in an environment with such strong executive support for doing things right e.g. commitment to strong technical practices, understanding of agile values and principles. This comes from the CEO (and founder) down and is very much seen as a competitive advantage supported by an experienced CTO with a strong background of working in and fostering agile working environments. Novastone is a relatively early stage start-up, we are rapidly hiring new team members to support recent significant contract wins and business growth.
