Pros
When I look back at my years at Novartis V&D, i can't help but be reminded of how unique the experience was. Sure, it was a big company, but we worked as efficiently as a small startup, had fun, made progress, had the budget to do things, and had a big hand in change... when you come across this somewhere, stay as long as you can.
Cons
There were times when i didn't feel i had any more I could give. We often worked REALLY hard... more than one should if trying to balance work/life. But, it was always a team effort and the outcomes where very concrete.
