At Perfect Channel, there is a culture of technical excellence and collaboration, at all levels, from Senior Technical Management, who are experts in their field, to the developers. The whole team works together to build a very solid technical foundation for the company's products as well as in using the right tools in the development process, thus ensuring that the technology used really works in the best way. It is a very supportive environment, where the whole team promptly gives a lot of help and advice to new colleagues, and thus a new employee can start making a significant contribution in a very short amount of time after joining. Perfect Channel has a flat hierarchical model, completely collaborative, in which Senior Technical Management advise the team leaders and provide the direction the product takes - and this is then further refined in team discussions, thus ensuring that the best solution is implemented. I felt that Perfect Channel is the ideal work environment where everyone gives their best to the team and the team works together. It is a supportive and caring environment : everyone's opinion is respected and everyone feels a valued member of the team. It's a lot of fun to work at Perfect Channel too. Even though we worked hard, we had a lot of fun doing it ! I wholeheartedly recommend Perfect Channel - it was the best company and the best team I have worked with in a career spanning 20 years.

I have been working in this company since three years ago. This company promotes professional development and encourages knowledge sharing between workers. In my opinion, they care about people, and it is demonstrated with: - On-going support and coaching. - An agile environment where good as well as bad feedback is welcome. - Each employee has a personal development plan which serves to establish goals and promote new fresh ideas. - Benefits such: medical insurance and fresh fruits every week. Communication between Product, Design, and Development is truly agile. Good technology stack, e.g. React, .NET Core, React Native, AWS microservices, Terraform, etc.

- Sometimes bureaucracy may impact some processes. - Despite there is Continuous Integration in place for all projects, there is a lack of Continuous Delivery, which adds some difficulties when dealing with deployments and results in a complex branching strategy. - Dev-Ops - Software automation is not the best in some projects, i.e. deployments may take too much!
