Pros
Been with Nova for almost a year and have had a better experience in the short time here than I did at the numerous years I spent with other companies. Bonus structure is very forward thinking and sort of a no-brainer for this industry. Competitive salaries, flexible PTO policy, a lot of support for assessors instead of just catering to sales people, kind people and functioning software that makes tedious parts of the job easier.
Cons
Yearly compensation increases have reportedly been unfair, can't speak from experience due to short tenure at this point.
