      Pros

      I enjoyed the connection I built with coworkers and the rapport I built with clients. I learned a lot in terms of group therapy and client care. You have the ability to advance career wise. There are many position both in residential and outpatient that are available to those who want them.

      Cons

      There is a high turnover rate so due to understaffing and poor training the workload can become overwhelming
