- Management is disconnected from the reality of what needs to get done and how much it takes to get things done safely and correctly. - Old equipment cannot be replaced or properly repaired due to very little investment; everything is a hot fix. - No respect for working hours. Expectation is to work at least 50-60 hours a week when salary only calls for 40. - Management has no clue how to manage a team properly. - Crazy high turnaround all across the organization, even for key positions such as plant manager and production manager.
