Free Staff food - But quality is very inconsistent and often runs out if not first to staff canteen. Lunch better than evening food but not by much. Staff often have leftovers from customers as not enough food provided.
Uniform provided but not enough to cover multiple back to back shifts and keep clean.
Cons
Bullying and oppressive management. Toxic environment. Clear management favourites among staff. Use shift allocations as blackmail to work overtime. Senior management un approachable and if they do speak to you cant be bothered with you or your concerns. "put up and shut up" is the company mantra. Fake staff "welfare".
