it is a job, pays less than you would get somewhere else but you will get some pay at lease
Cons
you have to fit in and play up to management very clickey and you will get pushed to the side and treated way worser if you don’t join in with them
head office staff get treated really different to project staff the rules aren’t there for them just only used against the people what they don’t like
no support whatsoever and talking to HR is a joke they do not care about mental health in the slightest it’s all a show to look good online
there are senior jobs going on big money that never even get advertised properly they pick someone for the job and don’t matter who tries that person were always going to get it no matter what
