Pros
There’s none that I can note.
Cons
The business has decided to “restructure” many areas, making many long term loyal employees redundant, only to advertise the same roles under a different title to attract new fresh faces. The Society has changed from where employees felt valued, to now just being another number and easily replaceable, some staff have been so upset by the changes that they have voluntarily left without having another role lined up. The systems are outdated. The Society boasts about new changes but does not implement them well.
