      Pros

      I can't think of any pros, just stay away. They are always hiring though because their turn over rate is crazy.

      Cons

      EVERYTHING was a con. Unless you want to work long hours without any recognition, don't apply. It is a family owned hotel as well so don't bother complaining to their "HR" department. Nothing will be done.

      Lots of hours available, usually on your feet. Can be customer facing. Good summer job.

      Cons

      Irregular hours and times for work, low pay.

      Pros

      Nottawasaga Resort Has some amazing staff. We all work together and support each other. The Managers listen and try to help in all circumstances.

      Cons

      Sometimes its hard to have upper management opinions as they are so busy with little things and are not available when you need advice. Its a great family business but there is not a lot of room to advance.
