Pros
Minimal structure leads to a lot of flexibility. Everyone in the organization is incredibly well-networked. You'll undoubtedly meet incredible people doing amazing things by getting involved at any level.
Cons
This was the most toxic work environment that I have ever been a part of (and I've worked for many scrappy, unconventional startups). It is ironic that this company is on a "value-centric" mission to make a meaningful impact on the community but treats its employees so poorly.
