      Cons

      - Lack of transparency - Lack of communication - Lots of politics in internal workings of company - Constant change of direction - As long as people say yes, they will get rewarded - Extremely terrible and outdated engineering practices

      Pros

      predictable, set schedule. coworkers can be nice.

      Cons

      Do not get a job here. No chance of advancement, wages get worse every year while workload goes up, management clearly doesn't care about anything but revenue. It's a miserable place with bad leaders. Everyone on my level is looking for another job -- 60+ people.
