      > Good growth opportunities > Nice environment to work > Started to improve the quality of products

      Cons

      > Does not pay much attention to the quality and experience of the products > No benefits for public transport > Not enough cross-functional communication to improve products > Management can be improved even with the Agile method, to have daily stand-ups and goals.

      Pros

      predictable, set schedule. coworkers can be nice.

      Cons

      Do not get a job here. No chance of advancement, wages get worse every year while workload goes up, management clearly doesn't care about anything but revenue. It's a miserable place with bad leaders. Everyone on my level is looking for another job -- 60+ people.
