      Pros

      Great environment. Very supportive staff. Salary was good, bonuses were better. The hours were good. They let me pick my hours. I could come in early or stay late, as long as my work was done.

      Cons

      Baking is hard work. It takes a lot of organization Could have been a little easier with an assistant.

      Pros

      Pretty easy job once you get a lot of practice under your belt. Easy to find purpose if you like serving others.

      Cons

      Don’t expect to get any issues with your paycheck or any HR-related issues resolved. Terribly unresponsive and unprofessional. Was overcharged over $400 in health insurance, HR finally acknowledged that there was a problem and promised a refund months ago, but have been getting ignored since. Also won’t let you see or know how much PTO you have. Always short-staffed and busy. Felt like I was always in survival mode or getting taken advantage of.
