      Rather flexible Team mates were nice

      I suspect that the acquisition by private equity has caused for them to be rather strict with their employees, telling them to use strict language. The emphasis on getting customers to purchase more than needed felt awkward at times. Additionally, I was told to sexualize myself by a senior teammates so I could get customers to leave good reviews on the surveys?

      Pros

      Pretty easy job once you get a lot of practice under your belt. Easy to find purpose if you like serving others.

      Cons

      Don’t expect to get any issues with your paycheck or any HR-related issues resolved. Terribly unresponsive and unprofessional. Was overcharged over $400 in health insurance, HR finally acknowledged that there was a problem and promised a refund months ago, but have been getting ignored since. Also won’t let you see or know how much PTO you have. Always short-staffed and busy. Felt like I was always in survival mode or getting taken advantage of.
